Barry Sea Paradox - Texas Disco Music

The Barry Sea Paradox specializes in R&B, Classic Soul, Old Time Rock & Rock and Smooth Jazz. However, each member of the group is extremely well schooled and capable of playing virtually any type of music. The basic group consists of tenor sax, keyboard, guitar, bass and drums. All five performers sing well. Additional vocalists, horns and/or specialists (celebrity impersonators) can be added per event themes and specifications. The group has been together since 2005. The group's leaders, Barry and Barbara (Bobbie) Sea, met in New York City in the 1970's while pursuing successful musical careers. They left show business and moved to Houston, TX to raise a family and run an ad agency. Now that their children have grown up, they've gone back to music, their first love, with a passion rarely seen. They've surrounded themselves with the finest musicians and have a smooth jazz CD out that is getting significant airplay. Each member of the group has played at the major clubs in New York and Las Vegas, has backed very famous entertainers, and done extensive studio recording work. They currently are booked 2-3 days per week at Houston's finest clubs.
