Polynesian Catering was estalished in Febuary 2005 by Dana and Dev Knepp. Dev was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. She relocated to San Diego and met Dana. After their 'Hawaiian Style' wedding they decided to start by catering their homeland food for all to enjoy. They have daughters that have been taught the art of Hule and have been seen performing as a group they now call "Polynesian Creations". They love what they do and enjoy serving others. Their vision is to try a little bit of the 'island' to everyone they meet.
