Our Staff:
Our staff has a variety of backgrounds in food service. Our house chef is multi talented and produces a meal one would expect from an epicure. We also have a large contact base of independent chefs specializing in a variety of cuisines. Together we produce an epicurean feast.

B.B.Q. picnics
Planning a company picnic or family reunion should be fun and not work. Have us do the grilling and we promise to leave all the Hootin & Hollering for you and your guests. Our grill menu guide offers a variety of plans that will please even the most discriminating taste buds. We offer several theme menu plans including several all American. Can’t decide on one then we create one just for you.

We have many clients select grill entrees from the barbecue menu for their dinner parties or weddings. We will change the sides to compliment the theme.

Corporate catering:
We know how valuable your company time is for your employees and business guests. Our studio background has given us the ability and experience to make it happen when it needs to. So you can be assured everyone will be served in a timely manor. As for menu plans, it is impossible to list every menu we can offer, just let us know what your taste buds are craving and we will create one just for you.

Barbecue menus from the grill section are available for corporate lunches and dinners.
