Marina has been studying various dance styles her entire life. Received training in ballet, modern, jazz, hip-hop, she always most enjoyed performing character dances with rhythm, passion and soul like salsa, samba, african, capoeira, latin, hula and folk dances. Since Marina was introduced to bellydance she fell in love with this sensual, magnetic art.

Diverse dance background helped her to create her own unique style, elegant, passionate, energetic, creative and involving. Gymnastics and figure skating have increased her flexibility. Nine years of studies in School of Music in Russia (Marina is a professional piano player) assisted developing her great musicality. Marina uses her acting skills to transform dance into powerful, artistic and expressive stage performance.

Marina is famous for her charm, strong technique, grace, unstoppable energetic shimmies, amazing body isolations and feeling of music. Some of Marina 's specialties include Raqs Sharqi, Fusion, Turkish, American Cabaret, Gypsy, swords, veil, double veil, isis wings, cane, finger cymbals, balancing, Turkish drop, floor work. The list keeps growing as Marina never stops the process of learning and improving.

Marina has performed on a large variety of small and big venues from private parties (up to 700 guests) to the stage performances with thousands of people attending. Some of the credits are Grammy's 2006 after-party, Celebration of Awakening event, Anniversary of Taiwan Daily News, 20th anniversary of City of West Hollywood, Cairo Carnivale, Grand Opening of Stella Bella store, number of charity events etc.

Marina has been seen on TV shows, music videos, starred in featured films. She has been an inspiration for artists and photographers.

Marina is not only an award-winning performer but also an amazing belly dance instructor. She gives weekly classes in Los Angeles area (in addition to her own classes she has been hired to teach by the number of dance studios) and open for private and private group instructions by appointment.

Marina is available for weddings, birthdays, bachelorette (not bachelor) parties and other family and corporate events both as a performer and instructor. Some of the services she provides are:

- 30-minute show. Includes dances with cymbals, veil, cane, sword, drum solo, interacting with guests and others. Can be extended up to 1 hour. Great for all events and special occasions.

- Private group instruction. Hip scarves will be provided for the class. Great idea for your baby shower, bachelorette or spa party!

- Combination of performance and instruction.
